All brand-new CPE routers, AI desktop companions, and cinema optics imported directly from authorized OEMs include our standard 6-month to 1-year replacement warranty covering manufacturer defects. Hardware must not show physical impact, liquid entry, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours via certified express courier. Western Province deliveries arrive within 24–48 hours; island-wide transit takes 2–4 business days. All shipments are fully insured during transit against damage or loss.

If your item arrives defective or differs from ordered specifications, notify our support desk within 48 hours of courier delivery. We provide prompt bench inspection and identical one-to-one unit replacements with zero return shipping surcharge.

Customer telemetry, contact details, and payment authorizations are processed via 256-bit encrypted channels (PayHere, Koko, Mintpay). We strictly never sell or share user data with unverified third parties.
